🎬 Director of Photography

For the past 8 years working in the film industry has been my life. As Director of Photography I have worked on TV commercials, shorts, music videos and documentaries. This journey has brought me closer to being able to articulate the film’s mood with both artistic and practical tools a DOP has to have including framing, lighting, moving the camera, directing the actors and a lot of observing.

My primary goal is always to serve the story and the director’s vision rather than to overwhelm the audience unnecessarily.

Over the course of my career I have had the chance to work with several fellow DOPs and help bring their vision to life. These occasions helped me to immerse in crew life and to get to know all the latest tools, gadgets and cameras available to modern filmmaking. My soft skills were also freshened up so that even from a glimpse of the DOP I already know what they need me to do at the given moment.
